Get your fitness FHIX with Lambda’s Young Leadership Council! Lambda Legal’s New York Young Leadership Council will be taking over The Fhitting Room for class on January 27th from 1-2PM. FHIX class (functional high-intensity mix) is a 50-minute full body workout consisting of strength training and high-intensity intervals with two trainers.
Whether you are a fitness pro or trying to stick to your New Year’s resolutions, join us for a fun and active afternoon while supporting LGBT equality. You can get your workout in and meet some of NYC’s most passionate young queer activists. Plus 100% of your class fee will be donated to Lambda Legal’s mission of full equality for all LGBT people and everyone with HIV. Let’s workout!
