ENDA Re-Introduced

Lambda Legal, the ACLU, the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) and the Transgender Law Center issued a joint statement regarding the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), which was re-introduced in Congress on Thursday.
While we applaud the progress that has been made, we stand united in expressing very grave concerns with the religious exemption in ENDA.
